@Frhdkazan I have remove this blogspam in accordance with the global policies and Terms of Use. This is a standard procedure and is done globally and not only by me. Also compare the actions of other projects. Examples Blocks and Locks of this LTA: m:Special:CentralAuth/AI_Math, m:Special:CentralAuth/Eisatopon, m:Special:CentralAuth/~2024-20826 ...

I feel you are well-meaning, but on the wrong side of things. The material in the link is valuable and in place. I have personally opened the document - it's a link to a 39 page PDF English version of 1985-2024 Greek National Math Olimpiad tasks compendium, which is quite appropriate in the respective article's == Links == section in any language.

I will thus be reversing your edit (restoring the link) and will communicate to local admins we should downgrade the importance we used to give to deWP community's opinion, until other representatives will prove themselves more reasonable. Sorry @Frhdkazan I didn't notice that this discussion existed when I removed a link I thought had been mistakenly put in the article while checking https://spamcheck.toolforge.org/by-domain?q=eisatopon.blogspot.com – I didn't want to accidentally revert you. Reading this discussion I agree with your initial comment that the previous removal should have been done while providing an explanation in the edit summary. I personally think blacklisted links should be removed in order to a) deny spammers their success and b) avoid any issues when editing the page in the future (sometimes blacklisted links existing in an article cause issues for other edits later).
